Following is a list of minimum driver qualifications:

            Be at least 21 years of age

            Have a current, valid Class A commercial driver’s license

            Have a good driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years)

            Be a United States citizen or be qualified to work in the U.S.

            Successfully pass or possess a current DOT physical examination

            Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen

Complete an application for employment that includes verifiable employment history for the past 10 years

Following is a list of driver incentives:

            Good Pay:  41 cents per mile loaded, 36 cents per mile empty; Hazmat
            loads pay more

Medical:  Coverage for employees provided through a regional care network, with the option of adding family members.

Dental and Prescription:  Insurance plan also provides dental and prescription benefits for employees and family members.

Retirement Plan:  A 401K plan with matching contributions from the company of as much as $1,000 per year.

Life Insurance:  Company paid coverage for employees of $20,000, with double indemnity for accidental death.

Vacation pay:  One week’s paid vacation after the first year.

Time at home:  Regional operations along the East Coast means employees spend more time at home

Late Model Equipment:  Company owned and maintained to the highest standards.

Professional image:  Company uniforms show customers and employees we care.

Satellite Communications:  Qualcomm system allowing enhanced communication between dispatch and drivers.

Weekly Pay:  All dispatches settled promptly and on a weekly basis, with direct deposit available.

Paid training:  Training time paid from beginning of orientation until assigned a tractor.

Driver Incentives:  Rewards for recruitment and safety inspection performance.
